What’s not to love about the summer? The season’s hot, and the “Girls of Summer” are even hotter!
Yonas, a newcomer from the Bronx who already has a few dope accomplishments under his belt – like winning a Billboard Songwriting Award for his track “Banga,” being featured on XXL’s “The Break,” and being the opening act for Macklemore – drops the Nat Prinzi directed–visuals for “Girls of Summer” that’s plenty of fun in the sun.
The music video features lots of hot women, with Yonas euphorically rapping at the epicenter of it all. And if they weren’t enough, there’s a skinny white dude in a yellow tank top that reads “Yonas” on it, which adds quite a bit of comedic flare to this awesome ass video.
“Girls of Summer” is the lead single to Yonas’ The Transition 2: Bright Lights Big City mixtape, which drops June 25th.
