The Brooklyn rapper was introduced to the music world back in 1995 as a member of The Notorious B.I.G.’s hip-hop collective Junior Mafia.
The following year Kim debuted her first studio album Hard Core which sold 78,000 copies within the first week. The album later peaked at number eleven on the Billboard 200 that year.
