Producer, artist, rocker, philanthropist, designer, recording artist, philosopher, Grammy Winner, entrepreneur and maverick. That’s what we’d answer if you were to ask us who Pharrell Williams is.

Williams was in NYC last night where he  launched his latest project, a liquor called Qream, targeted towards women, at New York City’s Public Library, uniting bottles and models with dusty books.

Whether or not Qream will take off in the way of Ciroc or Belvedere remains to be seen, but word on the sippy sippy is that the dranky drank drank is good and is available in strawberry or peach and is a first-of-its-kind liqueur (12.5 ABV) which can be served on the rocks, chilled in a martini glass or deliciously baked into cupcakes, pastries and more.

One patron at the party said, and we quote, “It tasted like Nesquik.” That’s code for it will get you F’d up if you not careful.

We love Pharrell, especially when he does interesting things with his money, things like investing in a $35 million community after/school center for kids in his hometown of Virginia Beach, scheduled for launch in under three years.

We love that the N.E.R.D. Frontman, who made his acting debut in a short film with Dominican beauty Dania Ramirez, is thinking ahead for and about everyone instead of himself.

His environmental and fashion consciousness may be found in his investment in Return Textiles, a company that uses recyclable materials in the creation of clothing and furniture.

The culturally and socially responsible artist realized he had to make a positive contribution to the continuation of our planet after he had an encounter with Rush Limbaugh in 2005, a challenge the portly loudmouth threw down at an Earth Day event.

After the break, check out why Pharrell is so dope!
