Real Housewives of Atlanta star and former Miss USA Kenya Moore has reportedly been evicted from her Georgia mansion after her landlord sued her for failing to pay rent in May and not complying with her lease’s terms and conditions.
Landlord Conya Weems claimed that even though Moore was $848 short on her rent in May, that was not the main reason why she wanted her to leave. Weems stated that she would often get many complains from neighbors calling Kenya “the neighbor from hell.”
An unnamed source further stated, “Owners are concerned that the value of their properties are going down because she [Moore] has not maintained the landscaping, nor the pool, has even stored furniture outside and her dog is always on the loose.” The source went on to reveal that the homeowner is incredibly upset at what is unwanted attention that has been caused as a result of Kenya moving into the neighborhood.
Weems insisted that she tried very hard to compromise with Moore, but was unfortunately unsuccessful.
“I am grateful that the judicial system has brought finality to this eviction process and I look forward to regaining possession of my home,” the landlord enthused.
Kenya only has but a few days to pack up all of her belongings. After that, she’ll be gone with the wind! As for fabulous….no comment.
