Detroit may have a lot of problems, but hip-hop isn’t one of them. In fact, some of the best rap music over the last couple of years has come from Detroit.
Stars like Eminem and Big Sean have put the city on the map. But there’s also dudes in the underground killing it like Danny Brown, Boldy James and Guilty Simpson.
Let’s add another name to that list: Dusty McFly. The Detroit-native has a new mixtape coming out next month, called Buffies and Benihanas 2, and it drops on November 5th.
To announce new deets about the project, McFly released a nifty video where he rides around his city, explaining his Detroit background.
