It’s hard to find a  biography or an extensive interview with photographer Lyndon Wade. So, you’ll have to come to your own conclusions as to who he is and what kind of house he dwells in. We know that he’s self-taught without an official photographic eduction, but has held an assortment of internships. He never wanted to assist anyone for too long out of fear he’d then absorb their style. Wade wanted his own style, his own look, and his own ideas.

Wade’s photographs dive into the realm of strange yet are also realistic. They manage to tell a large narrative within the space of a single incident. He creates digital constructions more than he shoots straight-on photographs, and often will combine the most desirable parts of dozens of shots to create a ‘hero’ – a sort of master composite image.
