<p>Chicago Bears defensive end Gaines Adams was pronounced dead on January 17 after being rushed to the hospital shortly after his girlfriend found him unresponsive at his Greenwood, S.C., home.</p><p>RadarOnline.com has the wrenching phone call Adams’ girlfriend made requesting emergency help.
