Under-appreciated Gossip Girl, Taylor Momsen, aka Jenny Humphrey is not only one of the most fashionable actresses on TV, but she’s also a bad*ss rockstar and my favorite Gossip Girl. Well actually, she is my favorite former Gossip Girl because she’s been let go from the show since this past season finale.
But in better news, she performed with her band, The Pretty Reckless this weekend on the Warped Tour where she proved the be a lot less Jenny Humphrey and much more Gwen Stefani. There’s been a lot of talk around Taylor, comparing her to the rebellious Miley Cyrus. With Miley’s starpower at such a high level, being put in the same category as her can only boost Taylor’s celebrity, but I have a feeling she’s trying to be taken more seriously as a rockstar than a pop star.
We usually see her out and about running errands or on the red carpet wearing serious make-up looks and ‘I wish I could pull that off outfits’ which is just another reason to not take this girl lightly. She has the look and the talent to go with it.
