Moskovitz, asks that Juvenile Court dismiss a petition to increase the ex-mayor&rsquo;s monthly child support.</p><p>&ldquo;…The allegation was presented for the improper purpose of harassing and demeaning the father,&rsquo;&rsquo; Herenton&rsquo;s motion says.</p>
