<p><strong>London based designer and boutique owner Laura Dawson, says she loaned Kelly Rowland several chic-couture outfits 4 weeks ago and now Ms. Rowland is "MIA" and has yet to return any of the expensive outfits. Dawson has called the former Destiny Child member frantically but still no answer. </strong></p><p><strong> “It is really unfortunate that this has happened. I would otherwise have liked to continue to work with this particular client,” she tells Britain Evening Standard. </strong></p><p> </p>
