Lebron James quickly left the New York area, after his televised ‘decision’ announcing he would be playing for the Miami Heat next season, to party in South Beach. According to Gossip Central: LeBron James looked to be in good spirits as he arrived at the W Hotel where he has rented several cabanas for the weekend celebrations.
Dan Gilbert wrote a letter displaying his feelings for Queen, Lebron James, and I must say personally I would write a letter too, but I’ll be too busy picking up the million pieces of my heart. Last night I witnessed the exact definition of selfish! I’ve waited two years for King James to come to NYC. I saw him wear Yankee hats almost daily, I saw him release ‘New York’ sneakers and I saw him pal around with New Yorkers like Jay-Z, CC, A-Rod and others. Sure none of this says I’m going to play for the Knicks, but what I seriously want to know from Lebron is why would you waste all of that fuel, flying around the country? Why not just announce you’d be going to Miami in Miami, not a few miles outside of New York?
