If you thought things couldn’t get much worse for the family of Aaron Hernandez, think again.
After the former NFL star has been indicted with first-degree murder, his cousin is now being involved and charged with contempt after refusing to testify in the case.
According to Radar Online, Tanya Singleton was charged with contempt after a District Attorney believes she has information valuable to the case.
The site reports that Singleton has pleaded not guilty to the charges even though it’s believed Hernandez offered her immunity.
Reports also believe that Hernandez ordered his fiance Shayanna Jenkins to not testify against him for the murder of Odin Lloyd and two other killings his name is attached to.
