Sneaking into Miley Cyrus’ dressing room is certainly cause for arrest, but taking pictures of her on stage can land you in some trouble as well.
With all the girl-kissing and oral sex simulations that take place during her sets, there are a lot of Instagram-worthy moments, and naturally, a lot of eager fans who want to capture them on their iPhones forever. But at the Dallas leg of the Bangerz tour, one Smiler was reprimanded by security for trying to take a picture of Miles.
The “We Can’t Stop” singer caught wind of the situation, stopping mid-performance to come to the defense of the fan, saying:
“You can’t take a picture at a concert? What the fuck is that? Fuck. Someone just got in trouble for taking a picture of the fucking concert. That’s why you guys paid $1,000 a fucking ticket so you can take a fucking picture of me. Fuck.”
One concert-goer captured Miley’s rant, and she was clearly not having it. Check it out below.

But that’s not the only problem Miley has right now–her tongue has landed her in some hot water.
A lawsuit has been filed against ShowFx Inc., the company who constructed the tongue she slides out of on stage. Charles Nicholas Sarris, who was hired to assist in its construction, is suing for unspecified damages after being injured on the job, claiming the company failed to give him precautionary warning of the dangers involved.
That tongue of hers is nothing but trouble.
