Pro tip: Ladies, before you leave the house for a night out on the town, do yourself a favor and snap a flick of your face. Trust me. I do it all the time for fear of looking like Angelina Jolie last night at the Normal Heart premiere in New York City. Because YIKES. I’m sure your selfie game is already proper, but take a second to turn your phone around and take a picture of yourself with the flash on for a quick review. You’ll be so glad you did.
Just because your face looks beat on the surface, flash photography will show otherwise. Case in point: Ang. The actress, who is otherwise stunning 99 percent of the time, had a major makeup mishap as she accompanied Brad Pitt to the premiere of his film looking less than picture perfect for once.
Either she or her makeup artist (who may or may not be seeking employment after this) had a blending blunder, and as the paparazzi snapped shots of one of Hollywood’s hottest couples, there were visible streaks of powder along her cheekbones, forehead and chest.
Well, at least the rest of her was looking flawless.
