The Beyonce, Jay Z and Solange show is far from over.
Since the video footage of Solange attacking Jay Z in a Standard Hotel elevator was released, theories about what caused the scuffle have been spreading like wild-fire. Though no one knows what really happened that night, various sources report that there may be trouble in paradise.
According to E! Online, Beyonce is in the process of removing her wedding ring tattoo. The songstress got the Roman numeral IV inked on her ring finger before she and Jay Z tied the knot back in 2008, which honors both of their birthdays and their wedding date.
Adding fuel to the fire, Mrs. Carter was photographed on Easter wearing a bandage on the same finger as the tattoo. Finger tattoos fade rather quickly, so no one knows for sure if the ink is just fading, or if Bey is showing Jay that she is irreplaceable. We’re betting it’s the former.
Meanwhile, the person who leaked the elevator footage of the Solange scuffle has been fired from the Standard Hotel for breaching security policies.
A Standard Hotel rep released a statement saying:
“The Standard has already terminated the individual and will now be pursuing all available civil and criminal remedies. The Standard will next be turning over all available information to the criminal authorities.”
A source revealed to US Weekly that the footage was recorded on a cell phone from the monitors in the back room.
The hotel rep continued:
“We are shocked and disappointed that there was a clear breach of our security system and the confidentiality that we count on providing our guests. We are investigating with the utmost urgency the circumstances surrounding the situation and, as is our customary practice, will discipline and prosecute the individuals to our fullest capacity.”
One thing we know for sure: Bey and Solo are still tight sisters – regardless of the rumors. We reported earlier this week that Solange removed all her Insta photos featuring Bey, and then Beyonce made a statement yesterday by posting four cute pics of the sisters. Today, Solange returned the favor, posting the following pic with the caption “#tt”
