First Lady Michelle Obama is harnessing her funny on the internet again (remember her celebrity-riddled “Let’s Move” videos?) and this time, she’s disappointed in a movie about junk food zombies.
Well, not really. But FLOTUS did appear in a Funny or Die mock movie trailer starring Chloe Grace Moretz as the heroine who saves her junk food obsessed high school classmates from certain carb-filled zombie transformation.
The “trailer,” dubbed Snackpocalypse, takes a few notes from movies like Divergent and The Hunger Games to offer a dramatic mockery of the popular movies, depicting Moretz as the lone savior protecting students from a school president who ran on an “all junk food” campaign…and won.
Enter FLOTUS, who is seen watching the trailer in a cozy living room with friends.
“Don’t you hate when trailers give away the whole movie?” she says, chomping down on a carrot and no doubt pushing her healthier options in schools initiative.
“Can we just watch ‘Frozen’ again?”
And now we’re sort of wishing this Snackpocalypse movie was really hitting theaters. Watch the funny stuff above.
