You might remember Los Angeles duo BC Kingdom from Solange’s Saint Heron compilation album last year. The duo — Logan and Zou — are back with another track, this time for the spooky “Colours.” The folks at the Fader premiered the blood-red video with an illuminating description from the artists:

“‘Colours’ is a universal love song with the message of seeing and loving someone’s inner self…We believe that the soul of every person has a color that supersedes what anyone may see on the outside.”

BC Kingdom also dedicated the song to the memory of Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin and the countless other black youths who have lost their life to racism.
