Dick Anthony Heller, a white armed security guard in a predominately black community, along with some rich libertarians, is suing the D.C. district to overturn the cities handgun ban. He wants to flash his pice out on the streets, even though democratically elected leaders long ago decided that handguns were doing more harm than good to its citizenry.
