These aren’t Justin Timberlake numbers, matter of fact, these aren’t even Weezy’s typical numbers.

NEW MUSIC: Lil Wayne “Shit Stains”

Lil Wayne’s follow-up album, I Am Not A Human Being II, has been projected to sell 200,000 copies in its first week.

Typically, these are pretty good numbers for the average artist, but figuring that Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter IV sold a whopping 964,000 copies in August 2011, IANAHB2 numbers seem dismal in comparison.

To put it all into perspective, Tunechi’s first installment of his I Am Not A Human Being series debuted while the “No Worries” rapper was in prison in 2010 and only sold 110,000 digital copies in its first week and 125,000 copies its second week.

So technically, IANAHB2 is projected to debut better than its predecessor.

Don’t know what it is about Lil Wayne’s Martian-inspired albums, but it seems like fans enjoy his Tha Carter series a lot better.

Nonetheless, Lil Wayne is still putting up solid numbers in a time when people don’t buy albums.

Lil Wayne is currently gearing up to hit the road with T.I. on their “America’s Most Wanted” tour.
