Six-year-old Grace Colbert and her parents, Christopher and Janet, stopped by MSNBC to address the controversy that the adorable girl with curly hair caused with her acting debut.
If you recall, Grace, who is biracial, caused quite a stir when she appeared in the cereal commercial with a black father and a white mother. The racially insensitive comment stream forced Cheerios to shut them down – and proved that America still has some growing up to do.
But Grace told MSNBC that she had lots of fun making the commercial. And her parents, after asking Grace if she knew what all the commotion was about, told the anchor that Grace thought that it was all over her great smile.
