Lady Gaga ran into a little bit of trouble during yesterday’s Vanity Fair Shoot in NYC, when she took a tumble in her 24 inch platform heels! But that was nothing compared to what she did while dressed as a lady bug last night near the Gansevoort Hotel. What did Gaga do? She went full frontal and flashed the paps!
But no worries, because when Lady Gaga trips and flashes she trips and flashes with plenty of style.

After falling, Gaga didn’t break a sweat; her composure remained calm and steady. She merely remained sitting on the floor next to the hot dog stand and took the time to help herself to a greasy snack.
