The second episode of The Walking Dead aired last night and after witnessing more gory flesh-eating zombie madness, Twitter was buzzing with adrenaline.
Here’s a quick recap of the episode just in case you were too frightened to watch.
The previous episode ended with sweet little Carl taking a bullet to the stomach after traveling straight through a deer. The question was: who shot him?
Apparently it was a deer hunter who had not seen the boy when he fired his rifle and then offered to take him back to his ranch where a old retired veterinarian by the name of Heshel resides. As if the zombies weren’t dangerous enough.

As the doctor struggles to keep the boy alive, Shane and the deer hunter head out to a nearby school for some medical supplies. Back at the trailer, T-dog (why do Black characters always have these names?) and Dale discuss how they are seen as the weakest in group and flirt with the idea of leaving.
Andrea is saved by a mysterious horseback rider. Could that had been Rick? We do know the guy has a thing for horses.
And sadly Sophia, the young girl who has gone missing in the first episode, has yet to be found, and her chances of survival are lower with each passing day.
It was a suspenseful episode with some new faces and plenty of more obstacles for the group of survivors to overcome. But take a look at what was said about the episode on Twitter in the accompanying gallery!
