Last year, when the trailer for The Great Gatsby hit the net, the song playing in the background was Jay-Z and Kanye West’s “No Church in the Wild.”

Jeymes Samuel, of The Bullitts fame, revealed the news with a humble-brag disguised as a tweet.
He tweeted:
The movie’s director Baz Luhrmann is apparently very fond of Jay-Z. Isla Fisher, one of the stars of the movie, spoke to MTV back in April. The actress said:
“On my first day he had Jay-Z pumped up full and we did the entire scene with, you know, Jay-Z in our ear on full blast while acting and it was just so liberating.”
We can’t wait to hear what Jay-Z does with this soundtrack. The Great Gatsby hits the big screen on May 10th, 2013.
