Justin Bieber can’t catch a break!
The 18-year-old singing sensation has been having a rough couple of weeks when it comes to dealing with the media, stuck as the face of every headline after being photographed smoking weed.
Now, the Biebs is going to have to fight the media some more, since he is currently being sued by his alleged ex-bodyguard for assault and battery.
According to TMZ, the bodyguard, named Moshe Benabou, filed court documents that say Justin once punched him in the chest multiple times after the two had a disagreement.
The site states:
According to Benabou — who claims he worked for the singer from March 2011 to Oct. 2012 — JB berated him and punched him in the chest multiple times during a disagreement about how to handle a member of Bieber’s entourage.
Benabou is seeking unspecified damages for assault and battery — and more than $420,000 in unpaid overtime.
But sources in Bieber’s camp tell TMZ … Moshe is nothing more than a “disgruntled employee looking for money.” They say the claim that Bieber struck him is “absurd.”

Apparently, Benabou was the same bodyguard who got into an altercation with a paparazzo back in February.
Despite what the bodyguard may think, Justin wants to carry on a good relationship with him, and thinks he’s a “good guy.”
