Kylie Jenner may be in a heap of trouble.
The 17-year-old found herself on the back-end of a three car pile up in August, just three days after turning 16, and now she’s at the forefront of a negligent driving lawsuit.
According to TMZ, Kylie was driving her black Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon, when witnesses claim she slammed into the rear end of a Toyota stopped in traffic. The accident caused the Toyota to then rear end a Subaru stopped ahead of it.
The lawsuit claims Kylie caused a chain reaction. The woman driving the Subaru, which never made direct contact with Kylie’s car, is now suing the teen for not paying attention behind the wheel. She’s also coming after Kris Jenner, since she’s believed to be the registered owner of the car.
The woman’s lawyer is alleging that her client suffered injuries to her neck and back.
