Michael Jordan never had a problem selling his sneakers, but no one is willing to buy the house those sneakers built.

His Airness’ Chicago area home originally went up for sale back in 2012 for a staggering $29 million. At the time, Forbes reported that comparable homes in the area were selling in the $1 million range, nowhere near the asking price. Soon after, the price was cut in half to $14.9 million, and now a pair of every Air Jordans ever made are being thrown in to make the deal sweeter.

The closet full of sneakers isn’t an official perk of buying this house, but if the rich bastard who writes the check wants the shoes, he’ll get them. And if he wants something else, he’ll probably get that too. “If the price is right, we can make almost anything happen,” said luxury real estate agent Kofi Nartey in an interview with Maxim.

Kofi is also the man behind the series of cinematic tours of the house. One of which includes him saying “How many times have you heard he is the Michael Jordan of this or she is the Michael Jordan of that? Well, this is the Michael Jordan of homes because this is Michael Jordan’s home.” The only way the inspirational videos could be better is if DJ Khaled did the voiceover.

The 56,000-square-foot estate sits on a 7 acre lot and includes nine bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, 5 fireplaces, a 500-bottle wine cellar, a wine-tasting room, a cigar room with a walk-in humidor, beauty salon, billiard parlor, fitness studio, professional gym and a home theater with built-in video game chairs.

And that’s just the inside.
