Lindsay Lohan is off probation and on to bigger and better things, but the negativity keeps following her.
According to The Daily News, LiLo was accused of punching a woman last week at The Standard, a nightclub in West Hollywood.

Sgt. Ed Hummelof the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department told the newspaper, ““The person claims she was punched in the back by Lohan.”
The woman filed a police report this past weekend, but her name hasn’t been released.
No one has been arrested as of yet.
Lindsay’s spokesperson, Steve Honig, shut down the accusation and told TMZ.com:
“Lindsay was absolutely not involved in any sort of altercation whatsoever. This is clearly another case of someone looking for money and 15 minutes of fame.”

The 25-year-old actress just got off formal probation less than two weeks ago. However, she is still on non-reporting probation until 2014 in connection with a shoplifting incident that occurred in 2011.
We hope that the woman is just using Lohan’s name to get famous!
