Miley Cyrus made headlines a couple weeks ago when she chopped off her long locks in exchanged for an extra short bleach blonde hairdo.
The 19-year-old Disney star was recently spotted out in NYC doing some retail therapy to get her mind off the haters, and she looked bad ass and beautiful!

Miley recently tweeted to Charlie saying that he was the bomb, by using an emoji, and Charlie responded with:
