Miley Cyrus was spotted out yesterday leaving another Pilates class in L.A., but this time she was all bandaged up!
The 19-year-old singer recently got the stitches taken out of her finger after her accident with a kitchen knife a couple of weeks ago. She tweeted a pleasant quote to help her with the healing: “scars remind us of where we’ve been. not where we’re going.”

Miley looked like she was pretty happy that her finger was healing, since the notoriously paparazzi-hating star cracked a couple of smiles on her way out from class.
You can tell that Miley is committed to her work out if she manages to get to class after having some stitches removed – and it certainly is showing.
