Legendary rapper Shyne isn't necessarily camera shy, but the camera hardly catches him.

Last spotted in Cannes about a month ago partying with Diddy and Cassie, Shyne's presence made headlines since he's lived such a quiet life after being released from jail in 2009.

While in the Holy Land for the first time, boss man Russell Simmons got a warm Jewish welcome from Shyne, who flew from Paris to Israel just to meet up with him.

While together, the two visited the Wailing Wall and spent time catching up. Shyne, who was born Jewish, became a more devout Jew while incarcerated. Shyne exclusively told GlobalGrind that with his renewed faith, he's back in the studio working on new material and we're happy to say, he's gotten his voice back.
