Dedication 4 was initially set to come out last week, the same week as 2 Chainz's Based On A T.R.U. Story. But Wayne pushed the tape back a week because Weezy wanted fans to solely focus their attention on the Hair Weave Killer's project. So where's the mixtape already? 

It's all good though. The rapper recently tweeted:
