June 18th is getting closer everyday. And aside from Kanye West‘s album, J. Cole‘s Born Sinner will be on just about everybody’s radar.
And even though that day will definitely be a day of competition for the Roc Nation rapper, he isn’t empty-handed when it comes to bringing something extra to the table.
Recently Cole was in London for a Charlie Sloth interview on BBC 1Xtra, where he let it be known that there would be no collaborations with rappers on his sophomore effort. But there was no exclusion of singers. In fact, he let a major cat out the bag to entice fans:
“I do [have features], but I am trying to keep it as tight [as possible.] You know how I got to do it. We are four weeks away. You know I got Miguel right? But, I also got TLC on the album. T-Boz and Chilli.”
Yep, he got TLC! You’d have to be insane not to love TLC.
Also, if you heard that J. Cole has a song called “I Disappointed Nas,” according to J. Cole himself, that’s not the case.
