In Argentina, a 12-year-old girl gave birth to twin boys...the same day a 9-year-old in Mexico gave birth to a baby girl.

The girl, who is unnamed, became pregnant at just 11-years-old and gave birth a month after celebrating her 12th birthday. The babies were born prematurely by Caesarian and weighed only three pounds and four ounces.

A teacher at the girl's school was the first to notice her bulging baby bump and informed her mom of the discovery. Just three months ago, the girl's 14-year-old sister also gave birth. Locals are now helping the sister's handyman father and mother pay for the cost of raising three newborns.

Police in the town of Chilecito say they are treating this case as child abuse and have already questioned two suspects, aged 16 and 20.
