A male nurse at a California hospital has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a corpse.

Alejandro Lazo, 61, was caught by guards at Sherman Oaks Hospital performing a sexual act, also known as necrophilia, on a dead body.
According to KTLA:
He was arrested on a state Health and Safety Code violation because the body was deceased, the Los Angeles Police Department said.
Lazo, of Reseda, is free on $20,000 bail.
