Bam Margera partied a little bit too much during New Orleans’ Mardi Gras and ended up spending Monday night behind bars. Bam was popped by the cops for, as he puts it, “swimming in a pool with my clothes on at Mardi Gras.”

In photos obtained by TMZ, you can see Bam being escorted into a police station after he was detained by three officers in the French Quarter.
As reported by TMZ:
We reached out to Bam and asked if he was officially arrested … and he replied, “Yeah, I was swimming in a pool with my clothes on at Mardi Gras.”
He added, “Not really a good story … but that’s what happened.”
Sources tell us Bam was soaking wet when he was taken into custody … and was handcuffed at the scene.
As of today, Bam has been released and it’s unclear if he was charged with a crime.
Jackasses will be, well … jackasses.
