The Royal Wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton has come and gone! For weeks everyone had been talking about everything leading up to the event: the number of guests, who was making the bride’s dress and so on.  With so much fanfare over the “big day” it should only be expected that some people would try capitalizing on the event at hand.  Unfortunately most of the memorabilia has been ridiculously corny. Only die hard Royal Watchers, crazy people and class clowns would actually want some of those things.

On the other hand enterprising brands and artists with an eye for cool have released a few things that would actually be awesome  for the Royal Wedding enthusiast in you.

Here’s a list of things Royal Wedding memorabilia that actually doesn’t suck! Enjoy!

New Balance created a special “Royal Wedding” version of their 576 model.  These were specially built in the UK at the New Balance  factory in Flimby, Lake District and limited to 10 pairs that could have only been won via New Balance’s Facebook page.  The catch is that you actually have to be a couple named Will and Kate.  What are the odds?

With a history of over 100 years in the British Royal Family, the company has released these seven different hard-shell models in both “William” and “Kate” versions. The “William” set features a navy and chocolate shell with a striped shirt lining and the “Kate” set features an ivory and navy shell lined with a more feminine print.
