Kim Kardashian is going to get married! That’s right People magazine is reporting that Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian are engaged.
The magazine reports her boyfriend of six months, New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries was waiting in her bedroom on bended knee with four words written in red rose petals: “WILL YOU MARRY ME?”
“I didn’t expect this at all,” Kardashian, 30, tells PEOPLE in an exclusive interview (out Friday) of the romantic, surprise proposal. “I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now.”

In case you’re wondering about Kim’s ring, it’s a huge 20.5-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond. Kris tells the magazine “I just knew I wanted it to be big.”
Today may be a big day, but a 20 carat diamond is gigantic. Big love for two big people.

Khloe Kardashian, Kim’s little sister took to her blog this morning to express her excitement about her sister’s engagement. The engagement happened a week ago and the entire family kept it a secret until today!
“You have no idea how happy it makes me to be able to say this… KIM IS ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG! It feels soooo good to finally let the secret out. Congratulations to my beautiful big sister Kim on finding the love of your life! Seeing you this happy makes all of us BEYOND happy and my face literally hurts from smiling,” Khloe writes.
To her new brother-in-law, Kris Humphries, Khloe says: “We’re all truly blessed to have met you. Here’s to a perfect future together. I love you both!”
“Just in case you have the urge to throw a wedding together in 30 days let me know,” she writes. “I’m really good at putting together a quick, fabulous wedding LOL.”
