Sean Kingston is still healing from his jet-ski accident from last week and now comes good news that the “Beautiful Girls” crooner is awake and alert.
Sources told TMZ that Kingston has a breathing tube in his mouth, therefore he can’t talk. Instead he is communicating by nodding and sign language.
