In today’s iGRIND we have a stapler with a date stamp, a new camera that sharpens pictures after you have already taken them and new audio products coming from your favorite protective case manufacturer. Enjoy!

What: Light Field camera

Made By: Lytro

What It Does: Allows you to focus your picture after you take it.

We have all been there, you are at the perfect place, you have your camera, you take the picture and when the moment has passed, you look at your picture and it’s out of focus. This can be a thing of the past with a light focus camera.

First, the camera separates rays of light in order to individually record their color, intensity and direction. This extra information opens up a world of possibilities, including the ability to focus on any depth of field within a taken photo, observe a 3D-type effect even without specs and boost images taken in extremely low light.

Light field cameras have been out for awhile however, because they were usually extremely expensive, they never caught on the way your average camera did.

Lytro plans on releasing a competitively priced version, so that we can all enjoy its technology. See the technology at work after the break.

What: Date Stapler

Made By: Yanko

What It Does: Place a date on you documents as you staple them

Time sensitive material is something that we have all dealt with at some point or another and in most offices things have to be arranged chronologically for filing purposes. The Date Stapler by Yanko makes finding and filing things so much easier by attaching the date to whatever you staple.
