Ever wanted to do something out of the ordinary with your iPhone?

You spent a lot of money on that phone and of course you want to use all of its features to the fullest. A father and son in New York came up with the idea to attach the phone to balloons filled with helium and sent it up into space to record what few ever see with that high definition camera that they payed hundreds for.

The iPhone went all the way up to 100,000 feet above the Big Apple before the balloon burst and sent the phone rocketing back to Earth at 150 mph. But of course, the GPS led them to the landing place about 30 miles away from the launch.
