Demi Lovato‘s third studio album, Unbroken, is in stores today!
On the opening day of her album release, Demi drops a new song “Unbroken.” On the new track, Demi sings with attitude and soul.
Thinking she “would never feel again,” Demi is now loving like she’s “never been broken.”
As the song progresses, you can get a sense of her not talking about a love interest, but actually looking into the mirror singing to herself that she’s “gonna love you like I’ve never been broken.”
The album, which is highly influenced by her overcoming her public and personal issues and now being unbroken, has guest appearances by Missy Elliot and Timbaland (on a party anthem called “All Night Long”), as well as Iyaz, Dez, and Jason Derulo.

While working on the album, Demi mentioned that she was inspired by Rihanna and Keri Hilson, incorporating more R&B and soul into her songs.

Unbroken has already reached #1 on the iTunes charts, and Demi posted her excitement about it earlier this morning on her Twitter page @ddlovato.
