Fayetteville, North Carolina’s hometown hero J.Cole dropped some new music for his fans before the release of his highly anticipated album Cole World: The Sideline Story.

In a slow-tempo beat banging track, J.Cole reflects on the past and present. From dealing with girls, to ignoring the haters, J.Cole realizes that “Nobody’s Perfect.”
J.Cole raps, “This is for all the fans that waited/the bitche n*ggas that hated/old hoes we dated/look mama we made it.”

J.Cole continues with a RiRi name drop, “Remember when I used to be stressed over Jowana/now a nigga only texting/get stressed over Rihannas/I’m talking 10s and better/hood bitches in Timbs and sweaters.”
Famed rapper/producer Missy Elliott has been emerging back on the music scene lately. She collaborated with pop singer Demi Lovato on her track “All Night Long,” and now she’s lending her vocals to J.Cole’s hook.

Many people don’t realize that Missy has a great voice and she kills it on “Nobody’s Perfect.”
Missy sings, “Nobody’s perfect, nobody’s perfect/ Aye, Aye, but you’re perfect for me/ We rolling/we riding/he like to go inside and/I love to go all night and/we rock the boat/ Poseidon.”
