The bawse Rick Ross explained why he has so much respect for Wale,

“Wale seen the vision…he’s a motherf*cker who is passionate as he is about his music. I had to show love and that’s something I took from my little brother, he goes real deep to represents his heart through his music.”

It’s nothing but respect for Wale considering that his first album was a total dud, but that didn’t stop him.

Wale explained,

“You’re looking at a dude that sold 10,000 record his first week on his debut album…I fought my way back, and a lot of people do sh*t like that and you see them at Arby’s next year, but I fought my back so that’s why I decided to call my album Ambition. You’re looking at a nigga who never had any radio spins until this year.”

Rick Ross wanted people to know that Wale’s album is, “for motherf*ckers who refused to take no for an answer!”

Coming back from a disappointed opening week is a big deal but it wasn’t enough to silence the Wale,

“I put my heart and soul into this album so that’s why I’m so reckless when I talk about it because I know my heart and my soul.”

Wale’s Ambition album is in stores 11-1-11.
