If you’ve seen Carrie Keagan on her show, VH1’s Big Morning Buzz, you know how versatile she is. She can chop it with everyone from Chris Daughtry to legendary actress Shirley Maclaine.
Carrie’s taste is just as versatile as the range of guests on her show which she proved to us when we got into a discussion about her favorite movies–we talked about everything from The Muppets to Braveheart!
We also got the 411 on some of her favorite photo shoots that she’s done.

GlobalGrind: What are some of your favorite movies of all time?
Carrie Keagan: I am a huge horror movie fanatic. Obviously Carrie is big in my book, The Exorcist is also an amazing film. Obviously Good Fellas, that’s a classic as well. I love New Jack City…I love that movie!
I love My Brother’s Keeper.
Yes, I love that movie. Also, Braveheart, amazing flick, I think I’ve seen it 8, 000 times. There is a little tiny movie that’s my absolute favorite called The Fall and the director is Tar Sim and not a lot of people saw it but its one of my absolute favorite films of all time.
Those are the best movies to fall in love with.
There’s a movie that just came out that I saw at the New York Film Festival, Dirty Girl. If you haven’t seen it yet, you have to go see it. It’s so good! Also, go see Drive!
And then of course The Muppets movie is coming out I’m super excited about that
Who are your favorite Muppets?
Oh God, now I’ve got to pick favorites?! Well Sweetums has to be my absolute favorite even though he doesn’t appear very often. He’s the big hairy monster with the big lips.
Yeah, so, Sweetums and then Animal obviously, but I like all the weird ones. I love Beecker and the sous-chefs and the two critics, I love them! And the rats. You can’t have a Muppets movie with out the rats.
Changing it up a little bit, you’ve had a lot of cool photo shoots. What are some of your favorite looks that you’ve done?
There’s one out right now, I have it on my website and it’s the skin on my twitter. I’m wearing a harness that my stylist designed. She let me wear it for that photo shoot and I just have black tight pants with a strap of leather that goes down the side. It’s a bit S&M looking and I absolutely love it.
I also just did a photoshoot with the Riker Brothers. One of the looks looks like a remake of the Marilyn Monroe photos where she is sitting on this couch with a big gown and you can see her toes, it’s a very famous photo.
The picture that they took I’m wearing this big, red strapless dress and you can see my bare feet. It’s very much like a modern take on that old Marilyn Monroe photo. I was very excited about that one.
