After a multitude of trips from L.A. to Dallas in search of a love nest, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have finally copped a condo.

STORY: Khloe And Lamar Not Ready To ‘Take’ Dallas!

Following Lamar’s trade from the Los Angeles Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks, the couple spent some time looking for a location to get settle into, and they have finally found it in a lavish $7,500 a month condo.

And the space sounds pretty impressive via E! Online’s description:

Originally on the market for $1.625 million, the condo—which is owned by Mack Hicks, the son of Texas Rangers owner Tom Hicks—was instead leased on Dec. 22 for $7,500 a month, according to property records.

The pad is tricked out with Miele kitchen appliances, a stainless-steel wet bar with a custom wine rack and ice machine, mother-of-pearl mosaic tiles in the bathrooms, and automatic window shades throughout so that complete privacy (or natural light for the camera crew) comes at just the push of a button.

It has floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the city, which I think they really enjoyed,” realtor Steve Rigely told E! News. Rigely, of Rogers Healy and Associates, showed and subsequently rented the condo to Khloé and Lamar.

Resident amenities in the building include a concierge service, two fitness centers, an infinity pool, a lap pool, a 5,000-square-foot Bliss spa, an entertainment lounge and an outpost of Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio‘s Craft restaurant.

We knew it would’nt take much for Khloe and Lamar to adjust, they’re Kardashians, they can thrive anywhere. Take a look inside the Kardashian/Odom pad in the gallery above.
