One event we’re looking forward to seeing during NY Fashion Week is the pop-up restaurant by former Season Nine Top Chef: Texas contestant Ty-Lör Boring.

EXCLUSIVE: The Hip-Hop Chef Will Make Your Taste Buds Do The Dougie!

Ty-Lör, born in Kansas City, may have been voted off the show, but his star is still shining in the eyes of his fans, which includes hordes of New Yorkers.

We heard through the grapevine that Ty-Lör, who is a graduate of the Seattle Culinary Institute and specializes in Asian and French cuisine, will launch a temporary restaurant in Nolita during Fashion Week.

Tickets to the restaurant will go on sale next week, but if you need advance ticket information write we@theparticipationagency.us for info.

So what can we expect?

Firstly, the pop-up will take place at City Grit, Sarah Simmon’s underground supper club. Secondly, the meal will be a five-courser, farm-to-table affair with French and Asian influences.

Official dates for the pop-up are February 6-11.
