The 31-year-old is expecting her first child with fiance Eric Johnson, but word is, Jessica is opting out of a natural birth and is scheduled to have a Caesarean section performed.

The entrepreneur was taking lessons to help prepare for natural birth, but called it quits after the class started reminding her of the three-day labor her sis Ashlee Simpson endured.
An insider gives In Touch the deets saying:
“Jessica can’t wait to become a mother, but she quickly decided that giving birth the old-fashioned way just wasn’t for her. So she is planning a C-section in late April. She’s already booked a $2800 suite at Cedars-Sinai hospital in LA.”

Three days of labor is understandably traumatic. The close source goes on to say:
“Jessica knows that what Ashlee went through to get Bronx was worth it, but wants to skip the pain.”
The pop star turned fashionista was spotted yesterday with her soon-to-be hubby having a romantic dinner at Mastro’s in Los Angeles and much like new mom Beyonce, Jessica is still rocking her sky-high stilettos, bulging belly bump and all!
