The actress is attempting to get a restraining order that would prevent ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey from having any contact with their daughter Nahla until his child endangerment investigation is resolved.
According to a police report, Aubrey apparently pushed Nahla’s babysitter into the door while she was holding onto Nahla. He denied the charges, but Halle still wants Aubrey out of Nahla’s life.
Today, Berry’s ex is supposedly trying to get an order to fire the babysitter and Halle could be testifying because she doesn’t want the babysitter to leave.
According to RadarOnline, after social workers interviewed the two last week, the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services are suggesting that Berry and Aubrey take parenting classes together. A source says, the official investigation by child protective services will “remain open while Gabriel and Halle take the parenting classes and to ensure that Nahla’s safety and well-being continue. Gabriel absolutely wants to work with Halle, and that hasn’t happened, so he is hopeful that can happen now.”

It seems like Gabriel and Halle just can’t agree on anything and poor Nahla is caught in the middle.
