Carolyn Aberman, Best Buy’s Public Relations Senior Manger, told XXL:

“We did carry the album, but we pulled it due to the content had not been cleared by the Martin Luther King estate.”

The track that is causing issues is the title track, “Careless World.” On the end of the record, portions of Martin Luther King’s famous “I Have A Dream Speech” is played at the end.

Causing even more confusion was the fact that before the album was released, Tyga tweeted this to all of his fans:

DOH!

Even though Careless World wasn’t available in two of the biggest retailers in the country, Tyga’s debut album is still on pace to push around 80,000 copies.
