A week after Whitney Houston died, Robin Thicke released one of the most touching dedication songs you’ll ever hear. He sung Whitney’s 1995 hit “Exhale (Shoop Shoop).”

Yesterday, Robin performed the song for the first time on The Ellen Show and what a performance it was.
Robin, who was playing the piano himself, sang the song, while a TV behind him displayed a montage of classic images of Whitney throughout the years.

It’s hard not to get chills when, near the end, Robin actually started to choke up with tears. It was so noticeable, Robin felt the need to say: “I’m sorry, I got a little choked up everybody. I was actually thinking about her the whole time.”
It’s quite alright, Robin.
